Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology forecasting for strategic decision-making
- Present technology roadmaps and recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI on innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience building technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology foresight methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities

- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, whitepapers)
