Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling tech products to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain)
- Certification in technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and lean startup principles
