- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and technology gap assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with ROI projections
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research labs and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption success and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps beyond 2025
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Strong data analytics skills with ability to model complex technology adoption scenarios
- Certification in technology management or strategic foresight (e.g., CTO, CFTE)
