Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ horizon, identifying paradigm shifts and emerging technologies
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Champion human-centered design methodologies for futuristic product ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and risk mitigation
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Author white papers on 2026 technology trends and societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication abilities
- Experience with cross-cultural innovation teams and global stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
