Responsibilities

- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies including quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotech integration
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure technology roadmaps align with business objectives
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify disruptive technologies requiring strategic investment
- Present technology vision and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI for future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within high-growth tech sectors
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience presenting complex technology strategies to C-suite executives and investors
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize market research and technical trends
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation preferred
