- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and executive teams to incubate futuristic concepts
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning to position Nexus as a 2026 market leader
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and investors securing $50M+ in innovation funding
- Partner with academic institutions and government labs to accelerate breakthrough technology adoption
- Mentor the next generation of futurists through our 'Horizon 2026' talent program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or equivalent with 7+ years in innovation roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation (IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent from leading futurist institutes
