The Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness and competitive advantage
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) and assess strategic implications for business transformation
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Drive sustainability and ethical frameworks into all technology development lifecycles
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-backed recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech) and market adoption curves
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data visualization and scenario modeling tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CDIO, TOGAF) highly valued
