- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, defense)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and venture capitalists securing $50M+ funding
- Monitor global tech trends through patent analysis and policy shifts
- Design immersive R&D programs for emerging talent in exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years focused on 2026+ horizon technologies
- Proven track record scaling quantum computing or AI initiatives at Fortune 500 level
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field or equivalent disruptive innovation portfolio
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in Nature, IEEE, or similar tier-1 journals
- Security clearance (Secret or higher) for defense sector collaboration
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#)
