Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech infrastructure
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential (Web4.0, neurotech, fusion AI)
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Oversee innovation budget allocation and ROI analysis for experimental projects
- Drive cross-functional adoption of future-proof systems and methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, blockchain 3.0, neuro-interfaces
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong data modeling and predictive analytics capabilities
- Published research or patents in futuristic technology fields
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
