You'll influence our R&D priorities and drive initiatives that position InnovateX as the global standard for sustainable tech innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0) for commercial viability
- Partner with C-suite to integrate strategic tech initiatives into corporate growth plans
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology adoption frameworks
- Present technology visions to investors and industry thought leadership forums
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact on business transformation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products post-2020
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Certified in Technology Innovation Management (TIM) or equivalent
- Experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ professionals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or Go)
