Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational goals
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, decentralized systems) with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI adoption and responsible automation deployment
- Present technology foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify ROI of future technologies through scenario modeling and risk assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining technology initiatives
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
