- Conduct horizon-scanning research on quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech convergence
- Present strategic technology briefings to board members and executive stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech talent incubator program
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and industry consortia for R&D collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Certified in Agile/Sc methodologies and design thinking frameworks
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and sustainable innovation practices
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
