- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through data-driven ROI projections

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management/Data Science preferred
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing fundamentals
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or similar foresight certification a plus
