Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry innovation impact
- Deep expertise in regulatory tech (GDPR, CCPA) and ethical AI frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global C-suite, governments, and academia
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
