Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of enterprise-grade AI systems designed for the 2026 market landscape.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Networks.
- Oversee system architecture, ensuring scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Security) to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical specifications.
- Mentor and coach engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Implement best practices for data governance, model training, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience designing and deploying Generative AI and LLM applications in production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with data engineering pipelines and real-time processing frameworks (Kafka, Spark).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
