Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech) for strategic adoption opportunities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs
- Author thought leadership content on technological disruption and future trends
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for high-impact pilot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Track record of launching innovative products/services with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
