Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional initiatives on quantum computing and AI implementation
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential for our industry
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio and vendor ecosystem
- Drive R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research labs
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI, or blockchain systems
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with federal tech policy (e.g., CHIPS Act)
- Fluency in technical Mandarin or Japanese for APAC partnerships
