- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum research labs, AI startups, and academic institutions
- Develop regulatory compliance frameworks for emerging technologies including autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers in emerging technology domains
- Secure $10M+ in innovation funding through government grants and corporate partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years of strategic tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, or neurotech preferred)
- Expertise in technology forecasting with published research on 2026+ tech trends
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and emerging tech regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Portfolio of at least 3 commercialized innovations with measurable market impact
