Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and market forecasts
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) into product portfolios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Build and maintain external partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Author thought leadership content on future technology trends and implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
