- Analyze global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation roadmaps.
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technology adoption with customer needs.
- Monitor competitor innovation and emerging startup ecosystems for partnership opportunities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership.
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech convergence.
- Proven track record of launching technology products with $50M+ revenue impact.
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Experience working with global teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas markets.
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional) or innovation management.
