Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with global market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen AI/quantum computing solutions
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (neuromorphic chips, biocomputing, decentralized AI) for competitive advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards with data-backed insights
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI across 15+ business units
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge R&D
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology ethics and governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent innovation management credential
- Published research or patents in future technology domains (IEEE, Nature journals preferred)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for AI/quantum technologies (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive modeling
