- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design and validate technology prototypes through rapid experimentation cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
