Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) and assess strategic implications
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology innovation initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation across R&D, partnerships, and acquisitions
- Represent company at global tech conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies and market trend analysis
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or technology management preferred
