Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market forecasts for 2026
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI and biocomputing
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with trillion-dollar market potential
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and national labs
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary technology portfolios
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with federal technology grant programs (DARPA, NSF)
- Certified in Futures Methodology (CFP) preferred
- Portfolio of at least three commercialized technologies
