Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate technology strategy into corporate planning
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, investments, and M&A opportunities in future tech domains
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure technology innovation ROI and strategic impact
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and senior stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
