Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential by 2026
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine augmentation
- Partner with policy think tanks to shape regulatory standards for next-gen tech
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for prototyping and pilot programs
- Author thought leadership pieces on the future of human-computer symbiosis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biotechnology
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Experience advising governments or regulatory bodies on tech policy
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating technology impact assessment projects
