Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI
- Analyze global tech trends and market disruptions to identify competitive opportunities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Innovation Lab
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Monitor ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in AI, quantum computing, or disruptive tech adoption
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market analysis methodologies
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CTO, TOGAF) a plus
