Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and national innovation priorities
- Lead quantum-AI hybrid system prototyping with $2M+ annual R&D budget
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon Europe initiatives
- Chair cross-continental ethics councils for neuro-technology deployment
- Commercialize at least 3 breakthrough innovations by 2026
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech specialization tracks
- Present at Davos, CES, and UN Technology Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Bio-Engineering, or Applied Futuristics
- 10+ years in C-suite tech strategy with $100M+ product launches
- Published peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals (2020-2023)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit modeling
- Security clearance or equivalent background in national tech policy
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized emerging technologies
