Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying emerging tech solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web4.0)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage innovation lab initiatives with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive digital transformation projects for Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to enterprise level
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, decentralized systems, or biotech integration
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, Nature, HBR)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $3M and teams of 15+ professionals
