Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with company's 10-year growth strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying AI-driven automation systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Drive ethical technology frameworks for 2026 digital ecosystem
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, biotech
- Experience building innovation labs or corporate venture arms
- Published thought leadership in technology futures (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
