What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, specifically focusing on LLMs and Generative AI architectures.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and scalability in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our core products.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and A/B testing to validate model performance and business impact.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML and apply novel techniques to solve complex business problems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in building and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP concepts, including transformers, tokenization, and fine-tuning.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, or Vertex AI.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade software in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
