Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate industry disruptions
- Design and execute innovation pilots with measurable ROI targets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an ecosystem of technology partners and academic institutions
- Drive adoption of future-ready practices across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certifications in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, or Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech implementation projects
