Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders and investors on future technology adoption
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive R&D investment decisions based on future impact assessments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, and exponential technologies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight certification preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
