- Strategic Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision for AI integration, ensuring alignment with business goals and futuristic trends.
- Team Orchestration: Mentor and lead a high-performance team of data scientists, engineers, and futurists to drive innovation.
- Ethical Standards: Establish and enforce ethical AI frameworks, ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance for future tech products.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical discipline.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
