Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in quantum computing and decentralized systems
- Present trend-driven strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for emerging technology incubation
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive market shifts and adaptive business models
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and exponential thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years in innovation strategy
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategic initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience scaling innovation programs within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
