Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum-AI-biotech convergence
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Present strategic foresight to investors and regulatory bodies
- Mentor teams in exponential technology adoption
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published research on technology adoption curves
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on digital transformation
- Deep knowledge of global tech policy frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling for complex technical concepts
