As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global think tanks to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotechnology, climate resilience, and human augmentation. Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational evolution for Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients facing exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable strategies
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging paradigms
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advise executive teams on organizational resilience and adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or Foresight Practitioners)
