- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging digital ecosystems
- Develop predictive models and strategic frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Design innovation pipelines translating future insights into product roadmaps
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership positioning InnovateX as a future-shaping authority
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-viable concepts
- Monitor geopolitical/socioeconomic shifts impacting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and exponential trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-viable innovation projects
- Certification in strategic foresight preferred
