Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-focused insights into product roadmaps
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops using speculative design methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals impacting industry evolution
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience with design thinking methodologies and speculative futures frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused strategic initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
