Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for cross-functional teams
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
