Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product development and business expansion
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Produce innovation roadmaps identifying high-impact opportunities and risks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate concepts
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Maintain competitive intelligence database tracking emerging threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures clearly
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-forward strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
- Experience with quantitative/qualitative research tools and data visualization platforms
