Responsibilities
- Map emerging technology trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their commercial implications
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps with measurable milestones and risk assessments
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Translate complex futures into actionable product strategies and business cases
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive decision-making
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation frameworks implemented in real-world contexts
