Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption
- Present executive-level briefings on future opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
- Produce forward-looking thought leadership and trend reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with AI, biotech, or sustainable technology trend analysis preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFSD) a plus
