- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product development
- Produce strategic briefings for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers and industry conferences
- Build and mentor a high-performing future-focused strategy team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or advanced technology strategy
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive presence with C-level consulting experience
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience building and scaling innovation ecosystems
