- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on 3-5 year transformation pathways
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Design and pilot 2026 workforce models for human-AI collaboration
- Partner with R&D to prioritize 2030-ready innovation portfolios
- Monitor global policy shifts impacting tech adoption (e.g., EU AI Act, US Chips Act)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology foresight
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on 5+ year strategic pivots
- Certification in Futures or Systems Thinking (e.g., from University of Houston)
