Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Produce strategic whitepapers on metaverse convergence, quantum adoption, and climate-tech disruption
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in predicting tech adoption curves (e.g., blockchain, AI)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar professional designation preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with TED Talk-level delivery capability
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Fluency in at least two emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
