- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly KPI reviews
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and establish the company's foresight methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating technological trends into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
