- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Architect market-entry strategies for emerging technologies with $10M+ potential
- Present scenario analyses and future roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage relationships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Measure and optimize innovation ROI using predictive analytics and KPI tracking
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning with proven 2026+ technology roadmap execution
- Expertise in emerging tech: AGI, synthetic biology, or space commercialization
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology forecasting
- Experience scaling ventures from concept to $50M+ market valuation
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Horizon scanning, Delphi method, scenario modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-oriented initiatives
