Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to identify opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future concepts
- Experience publishing foresight reports or leading enterprise innovation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
