Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend mapping
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation roadmaps with market disruption vectors
- Lead workshops on exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Produce strategic whitepapers on societal impact of emerging tech
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with frontier research institutions
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Manage $5M+ innovation incubator portfolio
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ years in futurism/foresight
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or exponential trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Proficiency in AI trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trend Hunter)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and biotech convergence
- Certification in foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
